30-Day Window
Standard returns for unmodified parts are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date as recorded by the freight carrier.
Defective Units
If a part is verified defective by an ASE technician, we provide a full replacement or a 100% refund, including shipping costs.
Core Returns
For items requiring a core exchange, we handle the return freight logistics to ensure a smooth transition for your shop.

Verification
Once the returned unit reaches our Phoenix hub, our tech team verifies the VIN and internal markings to match the original dispatch.
Audit Approval
Refunds are approved through our corporate compliance department within 3-5 business days of verification.
Bank Transfer
Funds are returned via direct bank wire or original payment method, ensuring a clean US federal audit trail.
Corporate Assurance

Important Conditions.
Items must be returned in the same condition as dispatched, with all original accessories and sensors included.
Standard returns (non-defective) may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover industrial inspection and freight handling.
Labor claims are only honored for units covered under our 'Parts & Labor' premium protection plan.
Alterations, dismantling, or tampering with the unit without written hub authorization will void all return eligibility.
